Injection molding is widely used in the manufacturing process of plastic products. The injection aims to increase productivity, which impacted by factors such as cooling time, temperature distribution parts, thermal stress, warpage, etc. stage forming a critical factor that significantly influences quality and cost-effectiveness final product molding. With development additive manufacturing, fabrication conformal channels becomes easier more affordable compared traditional machining techniques. Well-designed can substantially reduce resulting increased productivity improved efficiency process. While offer part quality, their design intricate than conventional due demand account for complex geometry accommodate constraints. In this paper, are designed, variables optimized efficiency, 3D printing technology applied produce channel.
